Key Responsibilities -
Achieve sales targets for the assigned area by promoting diagnostic products.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Ensure timely collection of payments.
Build and maintain effective rapport with customers and distributors.
Provide servicing for pathological lab instruments, including blood cell counters and biochemical analyzers.
Meet with customers in assigned territories to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Attend equipment demonstrations and provide technical support.
Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and follow up on payments.
Handle and maintain inventories of spares.
Report regularly to headquarters on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory status.
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in sales and servicing of diagnostic products or similar equipment.
Strong ability to generate leads, close sales, and manage customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical knowledge of diagnostic instruments and servicing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
