Key Responsibilities -

  • Achieve sales targets for the assigned area by promoting diagnostic products.

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments.

  • Build and maintain effective rapport with customers and distributors.

  • Provide servicing for pathological lab instruments, including blood cell counters and biochemical analyzers.

  • Meet with customers in assigned territories to understand their needs and provide solutions.

  • Attend equipment demonstrations and provide technical support.

  • Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and follow up on payments.

  • Handle and maintain inventories of spares.

  • Report regularly to headquarters on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory status.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales and servicing of diagnostic products or similar equipment.

  • Strong ability to generate leads, close sales, and manage customer relationships.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Technical knowledge of diagnostic instruments and servicing.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
