Job Summary
The IT Support Technician provides technical assistance to users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. They ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and peripherals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to user-reported IT issues and provide on-site or remote troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
- Perform software installations, updates, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage hardware repairs.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Qualifications Required
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Skills Needed

- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking.
