Job Title : Floor Manager

Job Summary:
Oversees and manages all activities on the hospital floor to ensure smooth operations, patient care, and staff efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations on the assigned hospital floor.
• Coordinate between doctors, nurses, and support staff for effective patient care.
• Address patient and staff concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of medical supplies and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Train and mentor floor staff to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare daily reports and update higher management on floor operations.

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in hospital floor management or a similar role.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of hospital workflows and safety regulations.
